Description:

Involve in direct selling of the product to meet and achieve targeted sales value.
Oversee day-to-day showroom operation and sales performance
Supervise sales team; product knowledge, sales ethics and strategy.
Planning on sales strategies and methodology to achieve sales target.
Communicate with head of product department in enabling sales improvement.
Solve arise issues, escalate to the right department , implementing response plan and propose solution for further improvement.

Role and responsibilities:

Oversee showroom operation
Oversee showroom condition and presentation.
Oversee installation installation and delivery process with client.
Achieved designated sales target value and sales performance gauge
Promote and organise sale visit for events, exhibition as company´s repsentative
Preparing quotation and invoices
Responsible in developing sales team skill and knowledge by sharing best practice with collegue
Guide sales team and supervised their performance . Motivate sales team in achieving targetted performance gauge and sales target value.
Liaise with HR department to console and appraise sales team performance and performing training need analysis
Liaise with warehouse team for proper logistic coordination.
Update and execute sale strategy by analysing sales technique and record
Consult marketing department on retail strategic marketing´´ pull´´ &´´push´´ as well prioritising customer-centric based approach strategy.
Maintain good engagement with client during or after purchase of goods.
Presenting company´s product in strategic way (Retail)
Participate actively in project committee.
Oversee social media activities (if required)
Requirement:

Have 3 years (minimum) of experience as sales manager is desired.
Have experience in working in similar industry is preferred.
Have professional sales training would be an advantage.
Able to work on weekend and able to work overtime is required
Proven track record of achieving sales target and leading sales team is desired.
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem solving, people skills and leadership skill.
Advance knowledge in regards to electrical wiring and connection is preferable.

Please note: Our sales team are only allowed to takeoff-day on weekdays (Monday- Thursday) for one and half day.
