Job Description:

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB

• Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible to sell as many of company´s goods as possible.
• He/she plays very important part to in company´s success.
• Areas of involvement include selling all type of building materials from small to big items.
• Sales & Marketing Executive also involve in follow up payments from customers, coordinate projects issues in related to material supplied or installation, identifying new markets and business opportunities.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent the company in promoting and selling company’s product to the government projects as well as the private sectors and end users
• Build closer rapport with architects and consultants to establish new and potential business contacts, secure government and private tenders and projects; promote company products to be nominated by the government and private projects
• Establishment of new and potential business contacts and follow-up on potential market.
• Provide after sales service and increase customer satisfaction
• Monitoring credit control to improve cash flow or liquidity position by investigates customers’ credit worthiness and their validating credit status; suspend delinquent account where necessary
• Attend weekly sales and collection meeting to ensure forecasted sales and collections are achieved
• Involve and participate in publicity activities such as exhibition, seminars, sales promotion and advertising of products held by the company
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE/ REQUIREMENTS

• GCE ‘O’ Level or Certificate or Diploma in Business Studies, Selling, Marketing, constriction, civil engineering, QS or any other related field
• Computer literate.
• 2-3 years working experience in the related field
• Able to adjust to fast changing business conditions and is always result oriented
• Knowledge in building materials will be an added advantage
• Process Brunei valid driving license

Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 23 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 800 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
