Sales & Marketing Manager and F & B Assistant Manager

Our hotel subsidiary namely The Rizqun International Hotel offers the following managerial position:

1. SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily sales calls and arrange hotel side inspection for corporate clients
• Builds and strengthens relationship with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
• Meeting sales goal, motivation for sales, performance management, building relationship, sales planning and managing profitability
• Closely following up on all business leads within 24hour response time line to clients
• Managing functions and handling bookings for clients.

2. F & B ASSISTANT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
• Managing daily operation of restaurant, outlet and function rooms as well as handling outside catering
• Training and supervising staff members in customer service skills
• Plan and supervise the marketing and promotion activities to attract more customer
• Ensuring customer complaints are addressed in a timely manner and that all food safety regulation are followed
Requirement for the above positions:
• Age between 30-45 years old
• 5-10 years experience in similar field
• Strong leadership qualities, effective interpersonal and excellent communication skills
• Opened for both local and non local applicants
