Job Description:
A Senior Sales Manager take the lead to manage and overseeing all sales teams and operations of the company. This role responsible to develop and implement the organisational sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and accomplish financial objectives. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that business needs are being met.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company´s global reach.
- Meets, develops and builds relationship with potential clients, existing clients and partnerships that address their needs.
- Able to identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
- Able to identify and develop new market opportunities for the business.
- Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- Promoting the company´s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Involve in recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
Job or Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor´s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5-8 years experience as a Senior Manager with a history of exceeding new business targets in a similar or related field.
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
