Job Description:
Experience and skills:
• 3+ years’ experience in an office management capacity
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and capability as a leader
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (written and spoken)
• Efficient with good time management skills and able to work under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing and submit online customs declaration and permit
2. Attend and handle any inquiries and quotations.
3. Handle export shipment both air and sea
4. Ensure all works and operations carried out in compliance to SOP, HSSE and Company Policies.
5. Compile ullage report and daily operation reports
Age: 18 - 45 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 20 / Day
Employment Type: Full Time
