1. English speaking is a must (Mandarin is an advantage)
2. At least have an O Level background, but higher education has a better chance especially business mainstream.
3. Added experiences and skills will be an advantage, especially communication and public speaking skills.
4. Must have a class 3 license and own transportation
5. A team player will be considered greatly as well as vibrant personality.
6. There will be minimum salary and commission basis for each deal closed. (can be asked during interview) Here are some of the tasks
• Meets with customers in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge
• Makes sales appointments with clients
• Teams with other employees to make sure that products are available and in stores
• Follows up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with the product, and get the feedback.
• Finds new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales
• Discovers how to market products to new users
• Understands how to push given products to consumers based on environment and current trends
• Uses the Internet to push products to a given target market
• Works with the marketing department to develop new sales strategies and how to make them work.
• Discovers target markets and advantages of other companies.
• Demonstrates advanced sales knowledge for the purpose of innovative new sales techniques.
• Will be going from location to location in order to present the product.
• Would be able to close the deal with the ongoing negotiation clients as soon as possible.
