Position: Segment Management Associate

Job Description:
1. Participate in ongoing consultation and interaction with Sales and Marketing research to identify and prioritize market needs based on revenue value, market share and competitive threat.
2. Research, suggest, and develop new offers for customer segments by translating customer requirements or strategic business objectives into deliverables.
3. Develop new services and offers business cases and feasibility studies in a way that helps senior management to take the right decisions. -
4. Perform Competitive Analysis & Segment analysis.
5. Contribute to the market/segment research process, gather and analyze information, filter them and present them to the higher managerial staff.
6. Contribute to the process of preparing, business cases, action plans, and pricing for the segments products/offers.
7. Perform the commercial tasks, in terms of preparing offers, bundles, and coordinate them as needed to the concerned divisions.
8. Manage and maintain segment roadmap and segment development plans.
9. Prepare and validate business cases/feasibility studies for new offers that are in line with the products business cases on one side and the company roadmap on the other.
10. Develop and write up the segment offers and services concept papers and roll outs in a proper and timely ma
er.
11. Consults with product managers, sales and marketing communications to identify priorities for new offers enhancements.
12. Direct ongoing participation in the offers and services implementation with product managers, sales operations, Finance, Customer Service and IT teams on the creation of new services, systems and processes.
13. Ensure that new offers are delivered on schedule and with high quality results.
14. Conduct offers training and awareness sessions for commercial and any other related department.
15. Manage Segment Communications plan in coordination with Marketing communications teams
16. Direct ongoing participation and execution of offers and sales support for service offerings, including sales training.
17. Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of the implemented offers and provide feedback for the higher managerial level.
18. Report on segment performance and KPIs Continuously work on improving the way products are communicated and delivered to the customers based on previous key learning.
Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 27 - 30 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 2, 300 / Month
Allowances: B$ 115
