Position: Senior Nurse Manager (Experienced Hire)
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female
Key Requirements:
1) BSc/ Msc in Nursing is essential with advanced diploma or post basic in Nursing (ICU/Coronary/Critical Care)
2) Solid work experience of minimum 4 years in similar clinical setting with proven ability to undertake senior nursing managerial/leadership role
3) Proficiency in the knowledge of cardiology
4) Leadership experience in clinical pathways particular in acute healthcare settings particularly in ICU/CCU
5) Proven capability in people performance management, mentorship, issue/problem management, clinical governance & risk management in clinical services.
6) Be able to work in shifts as per scheduled for ward managers
