As a Service Advisor working for the Jaguar Land Rover Retail Network you are an integral part of the team supporting the delivery of customer first service in the aftersales division.
Your role is to ensure customers expectations are exceeded and any complaints are effectively resolved. Offer customers additional products or services where meaningful to the customers needs. Maintain all customer databases accurately and ensure you contact all customers in a timely manner, hitting key targets.
Key Skills and Experience:
·Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or related field.
·At least 3 years experience performing similar work and able to work independently.
·Strong technical knowledge in European vehicles.
·Must be service oriented and have good interpersonal and communication skills.
·Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic and matrixed organization.
·Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task.
·Valid Class 3 driving license.
Basic Salary B$700 to B$1, 500 per month
Salary commensurate with qualification, experience and skill.
