Position: Service Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities
• Customer Management – Develop and implement the customer management capability with the guidance from the Service Manager (SM) to meet the needs and expectations of the business and its customers.
• Sales Related Activities – To ensure all the activities are towards giving the best service to customers as well.
• Administration – To ensure all required reports pertaining to Sales matters are managed on-time and prepared accurately and in line with the business requirements.
• Care of Assets – Manage the assets of the business that are entrusted to, in accordance with policy.
• Credit Management – Manage the effective collection of debtors for the business in line with the agreed targets and time frames from the management.
• Customer Service – Understand the needs of customers and meet them through the effective implementation of the RI Customer Service standards and procedures.
• Environmental Health & Safety – Ensuring that the team members are carrying out works in compliance with the Corporate EH&S Policy.
• Able to demonstrate leadership skills
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Friendly & fast leaner
• Have own transport with valid driving license
Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 20 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 800 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
