Position: Service Supervisor (Janitorial)
Total Vacancy: 2 Male/Female
• Develop and implement the customer management capability with the guidance from the Service Manager(SM) to meet the needs and expectations of the business and its customers.
Sales Related Activities
• To ensure all the activities are towards giving the best service to customers as well.
• To ensure all required reports pertaining to Sales matters are managed on-time and prepared accurately and in line with the business requirements.
Care of Assets
• Manage the assets of the business that are entrusted to, in accordance with policy.
• Manage the effective collection of debtors for the business in line with the agreed targets and time frames from the management.
• Understand the needs of customers and meet them through the effective implementation of the RI Customer Service standards and procedures.
Environmental Health & Safety
• Ensuring that the Customer Development team members are carrying out works in compliance with the Corporate EH&S Policy.
• Strive to achieve the agreed KPI’s that are cascaded by the Branch Manager to the Customer Development Team and report the progress towards achievement as outlined in the Branch
• Reporting Guidelines and Reporting Pac.
Limit of Authority
• Ensure the Authority Schedule is adhered to and permissions followed.
Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 20 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 800 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
