Site Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Lead commissioning for 66kV and 11kV site for SCADA.
• Lead testing /local test for 66kV and 11kV site for SCADA.
• Scheduling and coordinating work to tight deadlines.
• Preparing task and supervising technical staff.
• Liaising with project engineers and project manager.
• Reporting site progress to project engineer.
• Improving & offering advice on operational procedures.
• Guiding plant interfacing team.
• Providing technical support
• Discussing & clarifying design issue to customer/contract owner.
• Discussing outstanding issue regarding site requirement and execution plan with the customer/contract owner
• Designing 11kV Switchgear modification & prepare on site mark-up drawing.
• Ensuring safe working conditions while at site.
• Perform engineering design, software configuration and other related technical work.

Desired Traits & Skills.

• Must be a Bruneian citizen.
• Degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering.
• 2-3 years working experience in related field, preferably in Electrical substation.
• Must be able to travel to sites.
• Possess own transport.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in RTU, PLC or SCADA system is an advantage.
