1. Assist in brainstorming, planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies, marketing ideas, strengthen the brand and positioning of the products.
2. Plan, manage and drive effective digital marketing platforms´ campaigns, including websites, e-commerce platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Whatsapp, Google, marketplace, etc. to create engaging and interesting content to publish brand-focused messages.
3. To create, produce, write, and proofread marketing materials, blog postings, email-newsletters, website content, etc.
4. Identify new trends in the health and beauty industry to keep marketing strategies up to date.
5. Brainstorm, create and execute new marketing campaigns, collaboration/ promotional ideas.
6. Analyze, monitor and measure marketing activity effectiveness and track performances (increase in followers, building awareness, engagement, content, and messages)
7. Initiate, monitor & execute collaboration with social media influencers
Work closely with the design team to develop successful brand image and messages.
8. Respond to customers´ inquiries and establish a good relationship with customers.
9. Managing other ad-hoc tasks as deemed necessary by the management
1, Degree in Marketing/ International Business and Marketing/ PR and Marketing/ Mass Communication and Marketing or equivalent.
2. Strong knowledge in digital marketing, social media marketing, and other marketing tools.
3. Must be tech and social media savvy.
4. Must have a passion for the Food & Beverage, Food Services Industries
5. Able to perform tasks independently and a self-starter, dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-driven team player.
6. Must have a strong sense of creative thinking and pitch out new ideas.
7. A fast learner and pay high attention to detail.
8. Strength in multitasking and able to manage multiple tasks on hand efficiently to meet deadlines.
9. Driven to take on new challenges and able to perform challenging tasks given at any time.
10. Required skills: Excellent written, strong verbal communication skills in English and good interpersonal skills.
11. Well-spoken English and Malay.
12. Knowledge in Photoshop, photography, and videography will be an added advantage.
13. Willing to interact with customer at the front end when needed is an added advantage.
14. Open-minded and willing to accept constructive feedback.
