- Support to develop yearly stock plan for review. The plan shall cover all inventory and project stock including VPS stock.

- To develop stock check plan which segregrated by material criticality (regularly consumed, slow and non-moving materials).

- To carry out physical stock check and make reconciliation against inventory information.

- To perform Ad-Hoc Stock Check, as and when required.

- To ensure posting of stock check adjustment in SAP will be done before month end, by respective approver.

- To ensure the stock check adjusment value must match with approver authority.

- Support material receiving from R&D and goods issue to end user.

- Support stock audit and monthly green light control by providing all support documents.

- Understand the accountabilities in Client´s HSE Policy, Commitment and Accountabilities booklet.

- Ensure reporting made and records maintained and report immediately any materials found deteriorated, broken, etc in respective store.

- Ensure effective implementation of the quality Management system and Environment Management System relevant to Warehouse and Yard activities, perform activities safely in a manner that safeguard to HSE and Quality of himself, other client staff, contract staff and the general public and assets.

- HND in Engineering with 3 years´ experience in warehousing and yard operation.

- Applicable to O´level holder, if he/she has the required experience.
