Job Description:

Main purpose of Role:

• Responsible to carry out Ma
ed Security Services Operations audit for the external activities and ensure MSS operation members are fully compliance with the relevant policies and procedures.
• Responsible in MSS operations and specifically ma
ed security services training (theory, practical and on the job training).
• Ensuring that the Training and Development Centre provide the quality vocationally training (QAS).
• Providing technical /training support to Aegis/S3 Management related to the propagation of ‘quality’ and with respect to ‘Safety and Health ‘ practices and procedures; and any other pertinent matters.

Core Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

a. General Management Duties

Overall responsibility
• To identify training needs to suit internal and external customers current & future needs
• To assist training & Development Centre customers in gaining contracts.
• To liaise with and enhance (inside) customers relationships
• To liaise with and encourage potential Aegis/S3 customers
• To ensure equipment is properly maintained and secured
• Regular Audit programme and random checks on quality and efficiency of MSS operations. (Customer Sites).
• To carry out service quality responsibilities in particular through the conduct by audits, investigations, reports and responsiveness to irregularities.
• To ensure the process flow and procedure of the MSS Operations is in the right order.
• To assist on the renewing or amendments of the MSS Operations policy and procedures.
• To assist on the MSS Operations support.
• Liaison with the MSS Operations Manager and Supervisor on all technical issues including policies and procedures (SOP & PSO) and clients requirements/complaints.
• Conduct random check on security aspect and maintain audit on security equipment of the MSS Operations.
• Conduct Cash Operations training regularly based on MSS Operations requirement and monitor the up-dated training record (database) individually.
• To attend meeting with MSS Operations clients when needed.
• To assist Human Resource Recruitment Officer in recruitment process. ·Provide regular reports to Guarding Manager/Human Resource & Administration Manager.
• Provide Monthly Training Report to regional office.
• Any other duties assigned by Guarding Manager/Human Resource & Administration Manager.

b. Training and Development

• To identify training needs to suit internal and external customers current & future needs
• To develop potential training courses for customers
• To introduce and maintain modern teaching and training methodologies
• To monitor and evaluate reports on training course and trainees assessment
• To develop and maintain modern training aids such as videos for distance learning, mock up and role play material.

REQUIREMENTS NEEDED:
• Minimum 2 years experience in related field
• Willing to travel to other district for the Training
• Willing to participate in Company´s event


Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 30 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 800 / Month
Allowances: B$ 200
Employment Type: Full Time
