Job Description:

• We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telemarketer to generate production either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment.
• You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential clients to meet our team of Financial Planners.
• A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive.
• You must be able to understand the client’s requirements in a short time and know how to handle objections.
• The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.
• The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s and agency’s clientele.
• Successful candidates are expected to participate in trainings upon joining.

Minimum requirements:

• Must be a Bruneian Citizen/PR .
• 21 years old and above.
• Able to commute from places to places
• Minimum National Diploma, preferable with few years working experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Resilient spirit and a persistent nature
• Must be of good moral character - honest, trustworthy and reliable
• Able to work in teams and under pressure Impeccable interpersonal skills and friendly attitude
• Well organized with time great management abilities
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
• Patient and able to handle rejection
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and all Microsoft Office tools.

Telemarketer Responsibilities and Duties:

• Contact prospective clients and companies by telephone.
• To schedule appointments for our team of Financial Planners to meet with prospective clients or to attend Financial Planning Seminars.
• Explain service/programme to potential clients.
• Adjust script to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
• Handle prospective clients’ questions, complaints or doubts to safeguard the agency’s and company’s reputation.
• Keep records of calls and record useful information including reactions to services offered.
• Maintain and expand records of contacts.
• Making follow up calls to prospective clients on what they had discussed in the last phone call.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
