We are looking for a pleasant personality and outspoken individual to be part of our telemarketing team.
The role involves primarily calling customers to conduct survey, reminder for service/repair, reminder for re-call campaigns and informing customers on the Company latest launching or events.
1) Calling existing customers for reminder for next services, conducts survey after delivery of new vehicles and informing customers on Company new events.
2) Updating Customer Profile and information as and when needed on the Company Software.
3) Scheduling bookings for repairs and service through the Company System
4) Take down complaints and raise it to reporting supervisors for rectification
5) Participate in launching events with the Customer Service Team as front line helper for registration and door gift giveaway.
1) Minimum 3 ´´O´´ Levels preferably in English, Malay and other subjects.
2) Must have a valid class 3 licence and own transportation
3) Flexible working hours as job may require participation during Events which will require night/ Sunday shift work.
4) Strong command in English and Malay for easy conversation with customers over phone
5) Must be Computer Literate to be able to update information to the Company Database Software.
6) Experience as an operator, receptionist and/or telemarketing will be an added advantage.
Education Required: GCE ´´O´´ Level
Age: 20 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 600 / Month
