Position: Thai Chef
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female

Job Description:

• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
• Check quality of ingredients
• Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
• Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
• Rotate stock items as per established procedures
• Ensure that the food preparation area are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift
• To prepare and cook daily meals according to the menu
• To ensure the food quality are consistent
• To maintain personal cleanliness and hygiene at all times especially during the process of food preparation
• To able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Have PLENTY & WIDE EXPERIENCES in cooking Thai Foods
• Open for LOCAL, PR and Foreigner.

Education Required: GCE ´´O´´ Level
Age: 25 - 40 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 750 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
Benefit: 1 time meal per working day
