Minimum Requirements
Degree in Business Administration (Desirable)
Certificate in Business Administration or related (essential)
5 years+ experience in an executive support role
Proficient in MS Office and accounting (UBS) software

Coordinate arrangements, meetings and/ or conferences as assigned
Compile proofread and revise draft of documents and reports
Daily record keeping and filing of documents
Answer and screen telephone calls, respond to emails, messages and other correspondences
Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance
