We are looking for Valuation Executives and Assistant Valuers to join out growing team.

- Candidates must posses at least a Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma,
Professional Degree in Property Development/ Real Estate
Management or equivalent.
- Brunei citizens or hold permanent residency.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Access).
- Good analytical and writing skills with strong command of English
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a team player and can work independently.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Possess own transport.
- Inspection and preparation of Valuation Reports
- Cultivate and maintain good rapport with bankers and clients
- Assist the management to handle the daily operations and business
development of the valuation department.
- To work with valuation leads in day-to-day operation. Undertake
corporate valuation assignments as and when required.

For experienced hires, remuneration and other compensation will be commensurate with the years of professional experience and area of specialization.
