Position: Waitress

Job Description:
Your key responsibilities shall include (but not limited to) the following:
1. Assist to receive and host customers into the restaurant
2. Maintain a warm & friendly attitude
3. Take and serve orders to customers
4. Serving customers in a timely and efficient manner
5. Handle customer enquiries and attend to customers’ needs
6. Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
7. Arrange tables and dining utensils and cutlery
8. Promote menu items by presenting & explaining menu to customers
9. Prepare drinks including coffee by following prescribed recipes as barista.
Perform cashier duties
10. Clear tables of used plates and utensils as well as clean table
11. Ensure and maintain restaurant’s cleanliness at all times
12. Extensive knowledge of menu offerings
13. Ensure mis-en-place is well stocked at all floor stations
14. Ensure food and beverage orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered in a timely manner
15. Available to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
16. Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations under pressure
17. Maintain grooming standards including but not limited to the uniform, dress code and cleanliness
18. Any other duties as assigned by management
