To assist Store Supervisor in ensuring the effective control and management of receiving and outgoing stock.
To receive and inspect spare parts received.
To ensure good house-keeping of raw material storage areas, ensuring proper product storage and preservation procedure and implementing FIFO control.
Ensure load accuracy at check in and check out by physically counting.
Monitor and maintains current inventory levels; track orders and feedback problems
Records incoming spare parts, maintains database, performs physical counts of inventory and reconciles actual stocks count to computer generated reports
Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering phones, and assist in parts enquiry by mechanics
Ensure month end activities in the department are completed accurately and on time.
Work with accounts departments to ensure system accuracy
Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/´´O´´ Level, any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Dynamic personality and able to liaise with people at all level.
Computer literate will be an added advantage.
Aggressive, self-motivated, dynamic and willing to learn attitude.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
