Position: Air Cond Technician
Total Vacancy: 1 Male

Job Description:

- Ensure that all air-conditioning equipment/systems are well maintained and managed.
- Coordinate and arrange repairs and maintenance works to cause least disruptions to the clients/users activities.
- Respond to calls from customers needing repair and maintenance on air conditioners.
- Perform preventive or regular maintenance work on cooling units for all facilities.
- Perform routine cleaning & general cleaning of outdoor & indoor unit; Clean blowers, filters and coils, check gas and motors.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects/problem and resolve.
- Remove, replace or repair equipment that has been damaged.
- Install new air-conditioning systems and equipment as and when required.
- Provide customers with information on operation of air conditioning systems to derive complete benefit for them.
- Repair/maintain other appliances such as refrigerator, washing machine, water heater etc.
- Maintain and take care of all the tools, equipment or assets allocated by the company for work purposes.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, guidelines and procedures.
- Comply with all company requirements and maintain consistently high quality of work at all times.
- Any other duties as required within the competency of the perso
el.

Education Required: National Vocational Certificate (NVC) or equivalent (NTC)
Age: 30 - 45 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 000 / Month
