Workshop Supervisor Job Description:

• Looking for a responsible and hardworking individual who has previous experience in automotive spare parts and repair.
• Computer literate and able to communicate both verbal and written in Malay and English.
• Have had proper training in the following:

1) Professional customer care
2) Warranty claim process
3) Customer communications
4) Complaints/ conflict management
5) Automotive workshop management


Education Required: GCE ´´O´´ Level
Age: 30 - 40 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 700 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
