Job Details:
Position: Kitchen Crew
Total Vacancy: 2 Male/Female
Job Description:
• Wash, cut and prepare food designated for cooking and Operate cooking equipment such as deep-fryers etc.
• Cooking and preparing food ordered by each customer, working of several different orders simultaneously.
• Preparing and measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
• Responsible for cleaning food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
• Ensuring the kitchen stocks are available at all times.
Education Required: National Vocational Certificate (NVC) or equivalent (NTC)
Age: 21 - 30 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 400 / Month
Allowances: B$ 30
Employment Type: Full Time
Benefit: TAP & SCP Annual leave
