Position: Accountant
Total Vacancy: 1 Female

Job Requirement: -

1. Vacancy Offer to Brunei Citizen or Permanent Resident
2. Minimum Education Requirement : at least Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent.
3. Minimum 5 years experience in accounting / finance or in related fields.
4. Able to work independently, honest and disciplined.
5. Excellent communications, interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels of staff.
6. Computer literate with working knowledge in Accounting Software & Microsoft Office.
7. Proficient in Autocount Accounting System is preferable
8. Possess Driving License Class 3 and own transport.
9. Experience in construction environment accounting is preferable.

Responsibilities : -

1. Must be able to handle full set of accounts and daily operation works of Finance Department
2. Ensure monthly financial statements are accurately prepared on a timely basis and adhere to accounting standard,
3. Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues relating to accounting;
4. Manage and monitor in cash management , cash flow reporting and other relate analysis;
5. Maintain and improved internal control, business process and accounting system.
6. Knowledge of Company's taxation , dealing with auditor and Company's secretary.
7. To Manage the company financial accounting.
8. Liaise with company tax consultants on related tax purposes and other financial issue.
9. Prepare Debtors & Creditors Aging reports & assist in timely payment or collection.
10. Able to do reconciliation of AR / AP.
11. Able to handle payments & receipts.
12. Able to enter billing & purchase transaction in Accounting System.
13. Daily Cash Book updating
14. Able to handle Ad-Hoc duties as directed by Management.
15. Any other accounting works that may be assigned from time-to-time.


Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 28 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 500 / Month
