Job Responsibilities
• Ensure Official Receipts are issued and keyed into table also system
• Perform data entry
• Assist in preparation of Annual Return and Income Tax Return
• Assist in inventory check
• Keep track and restocking office supplies
• Keep in track of records and maintain schedules on vehicles inspection and maintenance
• Keep in track of records and maintain the list of insurances for the business
• Keep in track of records and maintain the asset listings
• Assist in schedule meeting, setting up appointments, distributing reports and managing the correspondence between the office and external bodies
• Assist in prepare letters and other documents
• Contributes to team effort in any other tasks delegated by Management to accomplish team results as needed
Skills required:
1. Microsoft Office
2. Communication
3. Proactiveness and Hardworking
Candidates who are studying CAT/FIA or have CAT/FIA is advantage. Preferably Chinese.
