Position: Administration Management

Job Description:
• Manage administration and provide administrative support
• Provide recruiting assistance to all offices for staff positions as needed
• Manage and conduct performance review
• Manage and conduct competency framework
• Develop, implement and maintain office policies and procedures
• Manage and record expenses such as stationery supplies within agreed budget
• Maintain accurate and efficient filing of any general documentation
• Assists employees in person and over the telephone in understanding and ulitizing human resources programs and services
• Advises managers and employees regarding procedural or factual matters such as benefit information, paperwork and compliance
• Processes new hire documentation
• Administers TAP/SCP process, including determining eligibility, calculating payments and corresponding with managers and employees
• Generate, coordinates and maintains confidential reports, correspondence presentations and other materials supporting the manager(s) activities with regular direction
• Prepare draft correspondence and other materials on the computer using various software and office applications
• Coordinate production and distribution of reports, proposals and other materials
• Reports to Managing Director
Requirement
• A Level or HND and above
• Local Bruneian
• Own a car and no transportation problem
• Have a strong team player and leadership skills
• Positive attitude
• Honest, reliability and strong communication skills
• Must have good judgement and emotional maturity
• Ability to multitask
• Independent and self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure
• Committed
Education Required: GCE ''A'' Level
Age: 20 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 500 / Month
Employment Type: Part Time/Full Time
