JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

- Understand the design project
- Prepare, and develop where required, drawings, models, images and other documents relating to the design.
- To develope interior design from the conceptual idea to detailed construction drawings for residential, office and commercial projects 
- Assist where required in the co-ordination of the internal design team
- Take responsibility, where required by the project leader, for specific areas of the design and project development
- Liaise, where appropriate, with members of the external design team and other associated organizations or companies.
- Thorough knowledge of and compliance with Moh Hack & Partners procedures and standards
- Contribute, or otherwise assist, as required

- Understanding of the architects role in the co-ordination and integration of project information and management

- Ability to use some of the following: AutoCad, Photoshop, Sketchup, Power point, Word, Excel, Revit

This description reflects the core activities of the role. There is a requirement for the post holder to recognize this and adopt a flexible approach to work. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor of Architecture and 5+ years of experience. Prior experience on small to mid scale projects are required, qualified candidates will have strong presentation, client engagement, team building, communication, and organizational skills as well as the ability to handle multiple projects required.
