Description

We are looking for assistant quantity surveyor to be based in Bandar.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

To be successful in this role, you need to have:
- 1-3 year(s) working experience in the related field
- Computer literate and meticulous with administrative paper work
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Familiar with building materials will be an added advantage

Responsibilities
- Assist to preparation of pre-contract cost estimates
- Assist to preparation of tender documentation, including bills of quantities
- Assist to control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditures
- Assist to maintain deadlines with monthly commercial calendar
- Assist to post contract administration and management – contract administration, valuation of progress payment
