Batching Plant Operator
- Responsible to Batch Supervisor
- Daily batching of concrete
- Proper recording of concrete orders, batched and raw materials received on relevant forms
- Carry out visual checks on random load of raw materials
- Acceptance and checking of incoming raw materials and diesel
- Daily routine check of batching plant and equipment
- Supervise all truck drivers and loader operators activities
- Coordinate with Laboratory personnel on fresh concrete slump, cube taking and any other requirements requested by the Client/s.
- Ensure concrete delivery are delivered to the correct site by the mixer truck driver
- Ensure tipper and tanker drivers to fill bin and silo correctly and timely
- Reject materials if not suitable for concrete used or do not meet our standard requirement

Minimum Requirements

- At least three (3) years of working experience on similar or related position
- Competence in oral and written languages used in the company’s operations
- Competence in basic Mathematics
- Minimum education of Form 3 or junior high school standard
