Position: Bookshop Supervisor

Job Description:

Duties:

• Supervising the branches.
• Responsible for opening & closing and supervising the branch daily operation.
• Training and monitoring other staffs
• Following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Supervisor is require to learn the products to improve their product knowledge
• Cashiering and settlement
• Sending emails to correspond with other branches, admin and clients
• Receiving and checking stocks from (HQ) Headquarters
• Checking the merchandizing display of the products
• Monitoring the availability of the products when the stocks inventory is low
• Monitoring the overall security of the shop
• Report any repair and maintenance needs to be done in the shop


Education Required: National Diploma
Age: 20 - 30 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 500 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
