Job Description:

• responsible for the safety of all perso
el working under his management.
• Maintain a stock of fresh, frozen, dry foods, cleaning and disposable stores sufficient for three weeks consumption or as specified by Rig Manager
• Set and review reorder levels at regular intervals in order to keep actual stock at a minimum level
• Liaise closely with the Rig Manager and the Catering Manager in all matters relating to the catering crew
• Ensure that staff dress and personal hygiene conforms to Company requirements
• Maintain an appropriate stock of bonded goods for sale to the crew during required opening hours
• Co-ordinate cabin allocation with the Medic and OIM to ensure those deep-clean programmes are maintained
• Co-ordinate with the OIM and the Technical Section Leader the repair and maintenance of the accommodation and galley areas
• Conduct a weekly safety meeting and actively encourage the catering staff to bring forward their concerns and ideas
• Assist in the preparation of an a
ual budget for the catering department
• Ensure that hazardous products are handled, stored, used and labelled in accordance with the information on the product datasheet.

• Supervise that activities are performed in accordance with safety regulations and that appropriate personal protective means are used Perso

Education Required: GCE ''A'' Level
Age: 18 - 50 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 2, 500 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
