We are seeking a reliable and skilled IT Technician to support and maintain our IT systems.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT support or technician role
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong knowledge of:
o Hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, network devices)
o Software installation and maintenance
o Networking basics (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
• Familiarity with Windows OS, basic server management, and cybersecurity practices
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and provide timely technical support

Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and hardware
• Troubleshoot technical issues (hardware/software/network)
• Provide support to staff on IT-related matters
• Ensure system security and data backup
• Maintain IT documentation and inventory

Working Hours:
• Monday to Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
