Purpose of the job:

Responsible in managing for Collaboration Service for all sites & devices that support our Client’s Business Operation requirement that not limited to managing conference calls , video conferencing or Company Townhall event but also responsible to ensure execution of operational activities, maintenance activities, configuration management, and where relevant, put in place and update processes, documentations, tools with aim to preserve the continuity of own service.

Accountabilities:
- Ensure end-to-end accountable to plans and executes events and ensures that an event runs smoothly without any error, negligence and to handles any problem that arises during an event professionally.

- Be present on the day of the event to ensure that everything goes smoothly as planned and works with Business (Client) on event programs

- Perform daily check ensure all the equipment, tools and facility are in a tip-top condition.

- Provides support for other staff whenever it is needed and performs other related duties as assigned by the client during the event

- Assists and close coordination with other support team or third-party vendors for any external installation requirement for event set-up, equipment i. e. UNN, Imagine, DST

- Maintains a working relationship with vendors and venue managers

- Continuous services, in any changed circumstances that may occur in the client organisation, or the Provider over time, to be the right services, delivered to the right people, at the right time.

- Responsible for Infrastructure End-Of-Life (EOL) management and Target-Operating-Environment (TOE) and RTG plans and executions.

- Conducts pre-event and post-event evaluation

- Maintains the records of event activities and do a post-event summary

- Proposes ideas on how to improve on the quality of an event

- Management of logistics – transportation. I. e. delivery and collection of equipment’s and devices etc.

- Trains required staff on the procedures to follow in handling an event effectively

Criteria:
1. Diploma or HNTec in Computer Networking Programme or related field with minimum 2 years’ experience in one or more core IT disciplines, such as: Event Management, Programming Essentials, Office Software Application, Computer Systems, Network Administration Internet and Protocols

2. Good oral & written communicator with proven negotiating & interpersonal skills and service orientated attitude.

3. Ability to challenge and contribute to policies and operating standards, in order to deliver quality and pro-active service.

4. Applicant must possess some knowledge of computers and electronics, Computer/Digital Technology or related fields.

5. Exceptionally skilled in organization, attention to detail and effective prioritization of duties.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Must be positive, outgoing, self-motivated and committed to building and maintaining strong customer relations.
