Position: CONSTRUCTION SITE FOREMAN

Job Description:

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU APPLY. SCOPE:
• To supervise construction workers on site.
• Must be able to read and understand Architectural & Structural drawing to ensure work done is according to approved drawing.
• Construction Site condition is OUTDOORS (UNDER THE SUN).

REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum 3-5 Years DIRECT WORKING EXPERIENCE at construction site.
• No formal education is required, but MUST be able to read and understand Architectural & Structural drawing.
• MUST have Class 3 Driving Licence.
• MUST NOT have problem with transportation coming to work.
• MUST be SELF-DISCIPLINE, HONEST, AND RESPONSIBLE.
• WE ARE ONLY INTERESTED TO HIRE ONLY THOSE WHO ARE GENUINELY SERIOUS IN SEEKING FOR LONG-TERM EMPLOYMENT.


• NOT SUITABLE FOR JOB HOPPING OR THOSE WHO ARE SEEKING FOR TEMPORARY WORK, WHILE WAITING FOR JOB APPLICATIONS ELSEWHERE, OR PART-TIMERS, OR WAITING FOR DECISION TO CONTINUE FURTHER STUDIES.

Basic Salary: B$ 35 / Day
