Position: Cost Estimator / Quantity Surveyor (Construction & Building Industry)

Job Description:

- Tender Project Preparation
- Understand scope of work to bid
- Communicate with Customers for tender clarification as required
- Quantity take off and measurements
- Coordinate with the Design and Engineering Departments for Technical Solution Proposal
- Consult with trade partners and suppliers as required
- Prepare quotation and ensure timely completion
- Review and evaluate cost estimates
- Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors


Age: 21 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 600 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
