Position: Customer Service Assistant
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female

Job Description:

• Management and development of direct reports, consisting of a team operations staff, maintenance staff and number of drivers and owner/operators.
• Keep records of the CMO and Equipment Interchange Receipt
• Coordinates and supports crew reach-out activities.
• To provide clearance for vessels, supply and repair services and other related services.
• To negotiate with terminal operators to arrange schedules for the company’s container line service
• To advise customer on incoming shipment upon vessel arrival.


Education Required: National Diploma
Age: 20 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 500 / Month
Employment Type: Part Time/Full Time
