Description

This role is to lead the Cyber Security & System Reliability project of ~55+mlnBND in total project cost. The project is split into two phases: (1) a QUICK WINS phase with $5+mln BND in execution to be completed by Apr’22, (2) a Main project with ~50mln BND to be delivered by 2025. QUICK WINS scope is in “Execute” Phase, main project is in Select phase with a DG3 target of Q2’22. The project is schedule-driven with 8 work packages. Scope of work largely involves replacing/upgrading the existing IT PCD(Process Control Domain) landscape and Office domain in Brunei LNG site.
• A professional with an Engineering degree and indicatively 12+ years of total experience in a cyber security projects rich environment. Deep knowledge of PCD and IT security solutions is essential. Possesses in-depth knowledge on cyber areas such as Knowledge risk/vulnerability assessment, threats, recovery, risk & compliance reporting, identity management, intrusion detection/prevention, etc.
• A proven project engineering and management professional, resilient, self-driven, proactive individual with passion for leading cyber security details in an oil & gas asset. Ability to work from the front without supervision on a cross-country platform.
• Project Management skills are a must; Capable of quick learning and leading the project within Shell’s Project Management Framework and BLNG’s project processes: Knowledge of Shell’s ORS (Opportunity Realisation Standards) is a key requirement.
• Very good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to Lead a team of 3 direct reports and 5-10 indirect reports.
