Description
Brief Scope of work
• Preparation of full set of accounts including financial statements, Budgetand Cash flow on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and annual basis
• Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately posted and recorded in the system in accordance with company reporting deadlines.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, payment vouchers, invoices, and other necessary documents (Work with operation and admin assistant team)
• Generate and distribute purchase orders, payment vouchers, invoices, andother required documentation.
• Overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Manage and streamline company’s procurement
• Perform monthly reconciliations to verify accuracy
• Assist with month end and year-end closing by ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded.
