Freelance Instructor / Facilitator (Project-Based)

Description

OwlsHowls Company is seeking an experienced freelance instructor / facilitator to collaborate on the delivery of short professional training courses for adult learners, including public sector and private sector participants.

This is a project-based engagement tied to approved training courses.

Eligibility:
Applicants must be Brunei Citizens or Brunei Permanent Residents.

Scope of Role
1. Co-develop program structure and learning activities (content framework provided)
2. Facilitate instructor-led training sessions (discussion-based, applied learning)
3. Deliver training professionally to adult learners
4. Participate in light program refinement based on participant feedback

We are looking for individuals with:
1. Experience in training, facilitation, teaching, coaching, or workshops
2. Strong communication and classroom facilitation skills
3. Comfort engaging adult learners in discussion and applied exercises
4. Professional experience in areas such as Leadership & management, Innovation & change,
Digital skills / AI literacy, Professional development, Public or private sector work environments

Formal academic credentials are welcome but not mandatory. Practical facilitation experience is valued.

Engagement & Payment:
1. Freelance / per-program basis
2. Payment is per approved program run
3. No exclusivity, no fixed hours, no long-term commitment required
