Position: Graphic Designer

Job Description:

• The Graphic Designer will be required to work as part of a core team in producing marketing, branding, corporate or promotional concepts and designs.
• This individual will create effective visual solutions to deliver the client's message through various media or innovative methods of communication for clients and their brands that create value for their businesses on both digital and print mediums.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design assets based on an agreed brief
• Design concepts, graphics and layouts for presentation decks, product illustrations, company logos, marketing materials (digital and print) and websites based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts
• Work with production houses for print deliverables
• Work with Project Leads to advice clients on best practices for digital, social and print design assets
• Study illustrations and photographs to plan presentation of materials, products, or services
• Review design briefs, change requests and suggest improvements if required Requirements
• Min 3 years’ experience
• Proficient with a multitude of software including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Ability to contribute creative ideas and solutions and capability to execute them
• Ability to sketch ideas and use appropriate graphic design software
• Strong understanding of print, social and digital assets properties for production
• Has basic concepts regarding color tones, saturation, pixel requirements, resolutions, typography, mobile responsive designs
• Able to prepare professional design documents for presentation of ideas to clients.
• Good marketing knowledge with regards to Creative Services
• Ability to assist the BD team in their efforts to secure new client contracts
• Basic understanding of UI/UX is a bonus
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Attention to detail, able to work independently and take initiative
• Ability to explain complex technical material to nontechnical audiences
• Able to communicate effectively between team members and product managers
• Excellent problem solver
• Highly motivated self-starter
• Communicate well in English

Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 22 - 40 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 000 / Month
