Description

Trimming grass or bushes around trees, shrubs, posts, fixtures, structures, and any object in order to make the area tidy.
Trimming grass or bushes growing within a 1. 5 meters radius from trees, round trees, shrubs, posts, fixtures, structures, and any object, either with power machine or hand tools.
Neatly cutting grass and bushes formed around trees, fixtures, and any obstacles due to years of neglect, close to the object.
Clearing unsightly clusters of grass and bushes growing within the work site.
Ditch cleaning in areas needed upon employer’s request.
Dried cut grass that is left on the work site shall be removed by grasscutter to company’s approved dumping ground.
Pruning coconut fronds which overhang roads, or which obstruct grass cutting operations.
Pruning drooping branches such as pink cassias, dead coconut fronds and other types of plants to about 2 meters above ground level so that they do not obstruct grass cutting operations. The branches shall be pruned flush to the base of the limb or trunks and disposed of to an approved dump.
Picking up fallen lightweight branches that are within 2 men’s lifting capacity within the worksite at roadsides, drains and vacant lands as directed by employer.
Collecting rubbish, debris, litter, and any other junk prior to grass cutting operations.
Removal of obstructing matter such as boulders, unused meal posts and objects and where necessary reinstate on completion of the work.
Repairing and maintaining backpack trimmer during scheduled time.
Report to foreman or supervisor when work is completed.
