Job Requirements
• Degree or Certificate from a recognized Culinary School or college would be an added advantage but not mandatory
• At least 3 years working experience as Head Chef and above 18 years old
• Flexibility to cook Asian and Western Cuisines
• Good supervisory and/or leadership skills to manage kitchen staff and team player
• Have own transport

Job Scopes
• Prepare the food and oversee the overall smooth running of the kitchen including timely delivery of high-quality food to customers consistently and rectifying any customer complaints
• In charge of kitchen inventory control and management of minimizing food wastage
• Ensure good hygiene in kitchen and food safety at all times
• Weekly grocery shopping for ingredients (where necessary)
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned at Management’s discretion

Benefits & Remunerations
• Salary Range: BND 1000 to BND1200 depending on qualifications and experience
• TAP and SCP for Local hires only
• One off day per week
• Overtime payment
• Staff housing or housing allowance for non-Local hires
