Job Position: Helper (Freight Forwarder)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum GCE O LEVEL
- At least 1 years’ experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assists Driver Heavy Vehicle, by performing any combination of following tasks: Loads and unloads vehicles
- Pads, stacks, and secures items in position on truck to prevent damage during delivery.
- Delivers and stacks merchandise on customer's premises Responsible for planning the project in order to accomplish its goals within constraints such as time, cost and agreed quality standards
- Ensures that product received from production or other plants is recorded correctly.
- Load and unloads to appropriate distribution area to ensure that shipping schedules are met.
- Retrieve items from storage areas and ensure that they are fitted together / assembled properly before being sent out.
- Help to load and unload truck at site and keeping it clean. Maintains cleanliness of work at trailer area.
- Practice and complies with all Company policies and procedures including safety and work rules, etc.
- Ensure safe and efficient delivery of product to the customer/client. Report any discrepancies
- Follow quality service standard and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Multi task by assisting MISB team if there’s no cargo movement.

1. Minimum GCE O Level
