Job description:
-Maintain company files and records to ensure they remain updated.
-Manage basic bookkeeping duties.
-Prepare invoices, payment vouchers etc
-Track inventory of office supplies and inform the management about any shortages.
-Filing paperwork.
Job Requirement:
-Local or PR
-20 to 30 years old
-Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting processes.
-Proficiency with MS Office.
-Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
-Able to write and communicate fluently in English
-Preferably able to communicate in Mandarin
-Preferably with minimum 1 year working experience
