Position: IT and Social Media Intern
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female

Job Description:

1. Assist in producing the company’s IT Management structure (both operation and security);
2. Improving system management systems, processes and best practices that guarantee company’s well-being;
3. Making recommendations on how to increase efficiencies, in order to save money, reduce cycle times, and improve clients and other stakeholders satisfaction;
4. Keeping management informed of trouble spots in advance before major problems occur, and proposing cost-effective solutions;
5. Writing up reports and provide feedback to Founder/CEO on the matters pertaining to the above;
6. Monitor the social media channels;
7. Assist with the planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the website;
8. Produce content for social media channels such as Instagram and Facebook;
9. Keep up to date with any social media trends;
10. Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports;
11. Engage with social media users and respond to any mentions over Instagram and Facebook,
12. Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages;
13. To perform other tasks that may be required by the company. Close

Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 23 - 28 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 50 / Month
Employment Type: Part Time
Benefit: Certificate of Internship will be given upon completion of programme
