Requirement:
- Minimum Higher National Diploma: Information Technology, Network & Security, Software Engineering or related field.
- Has experience in technical support
- Must have class 3 driving license and own vehicle.

Responsibility:
- Maintaining relationships with clients by attending meetings and participating in social activities to build rapport.
- Explaining technical concepts to non-technical people so they can understand how products work.
- Demonstrating knowledge of products by using them appropriately in sales presentations.
- Maintaining knowledge of the latest industry developments and technological advances in products or services offered by competitors.
- Working closely with cross department within the organization to provide necessary support in business opportunities.
