Position: AIR CONDITIONING MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Employment Type: Full Time
Location we´re covering: Brunei-Muara District.

Responsibilities:-
• Provide assistance to the Project Manager in planning, implementation, monitoring and delivery of projects.
• Oversee day to day operation and ensure the completion of projects are within budget, duration and with efficiency.
• Good communication skills to work closely with management, project teams and clients to ensure smoothness of workflow.
• Provide supports to Project Manager and team members on the task / work programme.
• Keep track of work orders and make sure proposed materials and method statements are up to specification and standards.
• Prepare reports and attend monthly progress meeting with client.
• Permit Requestor
• Provide for site safety and security
• Keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets
• Attend to deliveries on site
• Any other tasks assigned by the project manager

Requirements:-
Brunei-Muara District
• Minimum GCE O´Level Certificate with equivalent experience in field (Preferably with at least 4 years experience in related field)
• Good communication skills to liaise with relevant parties (Ability to communicate in Malay and English is an advantage)
• Good knowledge in Air conditioning and Electrical fields
• Strong project management abilities
