Job Summary/Responsibilities

Customer Service
• Liaising with direct clients and/or intermediaries (taking messages and/or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues)
• Assist with basic quotations (Motor/Non-Motor)
• Assist with cover note issuance (Motor/Non-Motor)
• Perform other office duties as assigned

Requirements -
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
